The short version
Inquiry details are used to reply and scope the service. Release evidence is limited to reproducible technical context, shared only with the commissioning agency and removed after the agreed retention window.
Inquiry information
The pilot form asks for your name, work email, agency or studio, storefront URL, release type, expected date and release-critical context. This information is used to evaluate fit, respond to the request, prepare a scope and prevent form abuse.
The site does not sell inquiry data or use it for advertising profiles.
Service access
Public storefront checks use no account. Preview access must be temporary and least-privilege. Shopify Admin is excluded from the standard pilot. Passwords, recovery codes and unrestricted inbox access must never be sent through the form or ordinary email.
Evidence and customer data
Reports include only the URLs, screenshots, short recordings and technical details needed to reproduce an agreed finding. Query strings, credentials and unrelated customer information are removed where reasonably possible. Real payment and customer impersonation are excluded from the standard pilot.
Retention
Working release evidence is deleted five business days after the included retest closes unless a different period is agreed in writing. Unsuccessful inquiry details are deleted or anonymized within 90 days. Records needed for an active engagement, invoicing, legal obligations or dispute handling may be retained for the necessary period.
Service providers and location
The website is hosted by Vercel and inquiry notifications are delivered through Zoho Mail. These providers may process limited technical or message data in the regions where they operate. No provider receives storefront credentials through this form.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction or deletion, or ask not to be contacted again. Email founder@formheartbeat.com. Reasonable identity verification may be required before disclosing or deleting records.
